1. Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• For prepaid orders cancelled within the eligible cancellation window, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions
